1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Digital Products & Intellectual Property

All PDF patterns and digital downloads sold by Soften Studio are protected by copyright law.

  • Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license for personal use. You may make garments for yourself or as gifts.
  • No Redistribution: You may not share, email, upload, or redistribute the PDF files to others. Each individual must purchase their own copy.
  • No Commercial Use: Garments made from our patterns cannot be sold for profit. The patterns are not for commercial production.

3. Physical Products

We make every effort to display the colours and images of our physical products accurately. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

4. Subscriptions

  • Billing: By signing up for a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the intervals specified at checkout.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

5. Accuracy of Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend access to digital content or subscription services until the account is brought up to date.

6. Limitation of Liability

Soften Studio does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall Soften Studio be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of any of our products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
