Subscription FAQ's

Do I need sewing experience to join?
Some basic sewing knowledge is helpful, as this is not a step-by-step class or tutorial. The prompts are designed to guide and inspire your own projects rather than teach specific techniques. That said, beginners are very welcome. You don’t need to be an expert, just curious and willing to explore your sewing practice at your own pace.

Is this a physical or digital product?
This is a digital subscription. No physical items will be sent. All prompts and content are delivered digitally via email.

How does billing work?
You’re charged on the day you join, with recurring charges on the same day each month. For example, if you join on 20 January, your next payment will be on 20 February. Payments are made in advance for the upcoming month. You can unsubscribe at any time before your next billing date via the My Account tab in the footer of the website.

When are the prompts sent?
Prompts are emailed on the 1st of each month.

What if I join after the month has started?
If you join after the month has begun, you can still access the current month’s prompt inside the private Facebook group.

Can I join at any time during the year?
Yes. You’re welcome to join at any point. There’s no being left behind and no pressure to keep up. You can pick things up whenever you’re ready.

Do I have to commit for the full year?
Not at all. You’re welcome to join for a month, a few months, or stay for the whole year. You can cancel anytime. No pressure, just a gentle invitation to make space for your creative practice.
