Change of Mind

We want you to love your purchase. We offer change-of-mind returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery.

• Physical Goods: Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
• Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle and are not refundable for the current period once processed.

How to Return Physical Items

1. Email hello@softenstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
2. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of us receiving and inspecting the item. Please allow for standard bank processing times.

Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns.
